A CHARITY music festival will take place this weekend in a Baughurst garden.
The second annual Nashfest will once again be raising money for two charities – St Michael’s Hospice, in Aldermaston Road, and Macmillan Cancer Support, following a successful inaugural festival last year.
Villager Caroline Nash is organising the event, which will be held in her garden in Shaw Lane. The 450 tickets sold out in January.
Mrs Nash said: “Last year, we organised it in just six weeks, selling all 300 tickets in two weeks. This year it is bigger and, hopefully, better.”
The music festival will include live music from 10 bands, face painting, a hog roast, a Pimm’s tent and a silent disco.
