Lorry crash closes A339 near Kingsclere
THE major route between Basingstoke and Newbury has closed this evening due to an overturned lorry.
Police said the accident happened on the A339 near Knightsbridge Drive, Headley, and that traffic is being diverted at Kingsclere and Ashford Hill.
The lorry overturned this evening, causing a fuel spill.
Hampshire Constabulary warned on its Facebook account that the road could be closed for up to four hours.
