POLICE are appealing for information after a man was robbed of his phone in Oakridge.
The victim was sat in a red Fiat Stilo in Silvester Close, Oakridge between 11.30pm on Sunday, October 12, and 12.30am on Monday, October 13, when he was approached by an unknown man.
The offender, who had distinctive silver teeth, threatened the victim before taking his Blackberry Bold phone, and he is described as mixed race, aged around 23 or 24, of medium build and tall.
Detective Constable Drew Wright said: “There may have been a number of people involved in this incident which would have created quite a bit of noise.
“Did you see or hear anything which could help this investigation?”
