IT IS rather an extravagant gesture – paying for a plane to fly a message of apology.
But that’s exactly what a man named Jonnie has done to say sorry.
The mystery man paid Airads to fly a plane over the Wade Road area of Basingstoke, with a banner attached reading ‘Leah I’m sorry I love you Jonnie x’.
Airads offers plane banners and skywriting, but usually takes orders from those looking to propose in style or celebrate a special occasion.
The plane flew from Brimpton Airfield this afternoon and circled Wade Road several times at 2pm with the message.
Do you know Leah or Jonnie?
