A BASINGSTOKE primary school has been graded as “good” by Ofsted.
Chalk Ridge, in Sullivan Road, Brighton Hill, was visited by the education watchdog in June, and a report published on July 7 graded it as “good” in every area.
In 2013 the school was told it “requires improvement”.
The latest report said: “The headteacher has secured improvements in the quality of teaching across the school since the last inspection.
“She has had good support from her senior leadership team and middle leaders in raising pupils’ attainment.
“As a result, pupils’ achievement has risen since the last inspection.”
