World War Two veterans to hold annual meeting in Basingstoke
WORLD War Two veterans are set to have a special reunion dinner in Basingstoke next month.
Members of the Balloon Barrage Reunion Club will attend the 70th annual general meeting at the Red Lion Hotel, in Basingstoke on September 9.
The event will include a traditional lunch and chat and former members of the Balloon Command or any relatives of men or women who served in the Balloon Command are welcome to attend.
