A TEENAGER has been referred to a youth offender panel for the next nine months after they were caught supplying cocaine in Basingstoke.
The 15-year old boy from Newham, who can’t be named for legal reasons, was caught with 40 wraps of the class A drug with intent to supply in Basingstoke on July 24 this year.
They indicated a guilty plea. Their parent or guardian was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge, and £35 costs.
The wraps will be destroyed.
