TARQUIN Nicholas Needham Foot, 20, of Hartley Lane, Hook. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle in Mill Lane on September 19, 2015 whilst under the influence of alcohol. Fined £180 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by 13 weeks if the defendant completes a course. 

MICHELLE Jane Heath also known as Hawkins, 38, of Milton Close, Popley, Basingstoke. Failed to pay a fine of £300 imposed on March 19, 2013. Committed to prison for 14 days.

RICHARD Lee, 59, of Pelican Road, Pamber Heath, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to making indecent photographs of children, including a Category A movie of a child, between December 20, 2014 and July 5, 2015. Committed to prison for eight months, suspended for 24 months. Sexual harm prevention order made. Ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

FRANK Anthony Cronin, 23, of Canadian Way, Rooksdown, Basingstoke. Failed to pay a fine of £768.57 imposed on November 5, 2013. Committed to prison for 28 days in default of payment because already serving a custodial sentence. Activated in defendant’s absence. 

LUKE William Mark Miles, 22, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to failing to register a change in address between April 20, 2016 and May 6, 2016 as part of the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Basingstoke on May 5, 2016 and assaulting a community support officer in the execution of her duty on May 5, 2016. Also pleaded guilty to stealing two DVDs to the value of £30 belonging to Morrisons, Basingstoke on May 8, 2016. Committed to prison for eight weeks. 

GEMMA Smith, 34, of Quilter Road, Brighton Hill, Basingstoke. Found guilty of assault by beating on November 13, 2015. Community order made with a curfew requirement for eight weeks with electronic monitoring. Ordered to pay £30 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £600 costs.

ANTHONY Andrew Reed, 21, of Quilter Road, Brighton Hill, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to interfering with a Nissan Qashqai motorcycle at Edmund Court, Basingstoke between May 6, 2016 and May 7, 2016. Committed to prison for two weeks. Fined £85 and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Basingstoke police station on April 20, 2016. Committed to prison for eight weeks to run concurrently and disqualified from driving for three years. 

THOMAS Leslie Wakes, 29, of St Josephs Crescent, Chineham, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus in Osborne Close, Oakridge on April 24, 2016 whilst under the influence of alcohol and without insurance or a driving licence. Community order made. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for 26 months.
