Man arrested following a sexual assault on two women
A MAN has been arrested following a sexual assault on two women near The Malls in Basingstoke.
The 52-year-old man is reported to have sexually assaulted and acted inappropriately towards two women in Alencon Link between The Malls and Basingstoke railway station.
Police believe there may have been a number of people in the area between 9.45pm and 10.30pm on Wednesday, August 10, who may have seen the incident.
The man, from Basingstoke, has been arrested in connection with this incident and is on police bail pending further enquiries.
