AN EFIT has been released of a man police would like to talk to in connection with a rogue trader investigation.

Police want to talk to the man after an elderly woman was persuaded to have her hedges cut at her property in St Peter’s Road, South Ham, Basingstoke.

The price of the job went from £450 to £1,450 during the work.

The man promised the victim that he would come back to finish the work, but he failed to return.

The rogue trader is believed to have been working in the area between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on August 4.
