DOZENS of people enjoyed festive canapes and drinks at the opening of a new £13m office block in Basingstoke.

The Grosvenor in Basing View was derelict for more than a decade when Arena Offices took it over and gutted it before transforming the 11-storey, 45,000 sq ft building in Basing View during a 14-month project.

The company’s clients, neighbours and local business owners were invited to see inside the newly transformed The Grosvenor building at a celebratory opening party, where guests enjoyed tours of the new facility which includes collaboration areas, meeting rooms, offices, roof terrace, gym and coffee shop.
