The Brothers Gillespie, the acclaimed Northumbrian duo, will perform at The Forge in Basingstoke on Sunday, March 24.

Known for their lyrical songwriting and multi-instrumental talent, the brothers - James and Sam - derive their musical inspiration from the natural beauty of Northumberland's fells and valleys, often reflecting their encounters with the wilderness in their compositions.

The Gillespies are no strangers to the stage, having performed at the Cambridge and Sidmouth Folk Festivals, and even sharing the platform with artists like Lankum and Sam Lee.

Emerging from stringent lockdowns with heightened appreciation for real-time audience interaction, the brothers now say they are eagerly anticipating their coming performances.

Interested patrons can purchase tickets for £18, with concessions available for under 25s and full-time students, who can access them for £16, inclusive of a £4 booking fee.
