A MAN who used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour has been ordered to pay back costs.
On Saturday, October 28 last year, Barry Thomas of Tortuga Walk, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence at a One Stop shop on Lindisfarne Close in Basingstoke.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, March 28 the 57-year-old was sentenced for the offence after pleading guilty on Saturday, January 13.
Magistrates ordered him to pay back £100 compensation costs.
He has also been banned from going to the shop until Thursday, March 27, 2025.
