A MAN who failed to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in Basingstoke has been banned from driving.
On Saturday, November 11, last year, Samuel Bennett, from Sussex, in failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, when suspected of having driven a vehicle.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 2, the 37-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates banned him from getting behind the wheel for 16 months and ordered a fine of £120 to be paid.
Court costs of £40 and a surcharge fee of £48 must also be paid.
