A quintet of Basingstoke and Mid Hants athletes made the long trip to Blackburn for the English Schools Cross Country Championships.
Maddie Deadman was the top performer, finishing 11th in the intermediate girls event, with Lucy Wildash 34th home in the same race.
Freya Davies was 48th in the senior girls event, while Rebecca Poole was 56th in the junior girls race, with Rebecca Bullock coming home 137th.
