OVERTON Black Arrows will be holding a number of events allowing the public the chance to try out archery.
On Saturday, May 30, as part of Archery GB’s Big Weekend, the club will give people the chance to try out the sport from 1pm to 4pm at the archery range at Laverstoke.
A further chance to give archery a go will come at the Whitchurch Primary School fete in June.
Their beginners course begins on Tuesday June 30, with sessions taking place between 7pm and 8.30pm.
The club will be holding its annual international field archery tournament from July 10 to 12.
Then, on July 18, they will be staging a tournament at Laverstoke as part of the Worldwide Whitchurch Weekend.
