TEENAGE strike force 16-year-old Shay Bradley and 15-year-old Ashley Neal did the business for Basingstoke and North III in their victory over Amport in Hampshire League County Division Two.

Bradley (4-46) and Neal (3-20) bowled Amport out for 115 and Andy Giles (50) then helped Basingstoke to seven wicket victory.

Old Basing won by 52 runs against Rowledge II (200-8) thanks to Darren Turner (76), Dan Belcher (62) and an unbeaten 50 from Gary Donaldson as they scored 252-8.

In Division Three North, Armed Khan scored an unbeaten 109 in Hobos winning total of 268-6 as they chased down Hartley Wintney II's 263-8 in which Andrew O'Kelly scored 71.

Hook III (137-1) beat AWE Tadley (135-9) by nine wickets as Jack Campbell (5-16) and Jack Robson (66 not out) starred for the winners. Overton (158) lost by 30 runs to Littleton West Hill (188).

Oakley won their local derby at Whitchurch by 110 runs as the home side were bowled out for 106 as Chris Welsman took four wickets and George Lethaby grabbed three.

Earlier in the game, Oakley scored 216-9 as Gerry Dique (47) and Neil Warner (40) top scored for the visitors.

Hook and Newnham Basics II are still looking for their first win in Division One, this was despite a first wicket stand of 148, between Sam Bruin (79) and Graham Buckingham (58).

They were eventual bowled out for 225, but it was not enough as Shrewton enjoyed a three victory even if Ollie May took 3-42.

ODIHAM and Greywell Ladies opened their Hampshire League Division One campaign with an emphatic eight wicket victory at Alton.

The home side were shot out for 88, as Francesca Newman (4-17) and Becky Hartnett (3-8) did most of the damage, while there was also some very tidy bowling from Ameila Carter 4-3-3-1 and Kerry Hartnett 4-2-3-0.

The visitors reply was built around a second wicket stand of 53, between Kerry Hartnett (25 not out) and Becky Hartnett (31) which helped them to 89-2.
