AFC Aldermaston draw opening game of season
AFC Aldermaston got their Thames Valley Premier League campaign underway with a 0-0 draw.
Aldermaston were handed a trip to Cookham Dean on the opening day of the season, but defences were on top throughout as both sides picked up a point.
Next up for Aldermaston is a home game against Woodley United Reserves, who drew their opening game of the season, on Saturday, while they host Highmoor Ibis Reserves, who lost their first game, on Tuesday night.
