VICTOR Wanyama played the full game for Kenya, as they won 5-2 away to Mauritius in the first leg of their 2018 World Cup qualifier.
Kenya led 3-0 before their opponents pulled back two goals in the second half.
However, another two strikes from the visitors in the final ten minutes ensured they will take a commanding lead into Sunday's second leg.
The winners will face Cape Verde in another two-legged tie, with a place in the final qualifying group stage at stake.
